The IFEA DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) Affinity Group is specifically for all those who are dedicated to building organizations and events that are welcoming, accessible to, and inclusive of all races, ethnicities, gender identities, physical and mental abilities, ages, sexual orientations, and cultures. This broad and critical focus area requires all participants to open ourselves to sharing and participating in a safe learning environment where all questions are encouraged and the continued betterment of our global industry is our vision and goal.
