In all of the excitement of the Pinnacle Awards Presentation, you may have missed an award that you won, not able to jot it down quick enough or you may not have been able to make the Awards Presentation and you're just finding out now what you won! Not a problem. Below you will find lists of all of the winners both in Category Order and in Organization Order.

While the Gold Pinnacle Awards were handed out during the Pinnacle Awards Presentation, Silver and Bronze Pinnacle Award must be picked up from the IFEA Registration Desk during the Convention. Please mention the Organization Name that you entered your awards under, and you will receive an envelope with your Certificates.

If you forget to pick up your certificates while you’re at the Convention, they will be mailed out a few weeks after the Convention . . but we’d rather you take them home with you!)

For all entries, each winning festival/event receiving a Gold, Silver or Bronze award is selected from those festivals and events who enter the IFEA/Haas & Wilkerson Pinnacle Awards Competition and are judged on the overall excellence of a festival / event based on the specific criteria and requirements of the specific category(ies) being entered, within each of the four separate budget categories. Festivals / Events recognized as an “IFEA/Haas & Wilkerson Award Winner”, are entitled to use that specific language in sharing the news about a Pinnacle win, for the specific category(ies) won. Language declaring a Festival / Event / Parade / Program etc., as the “Best in the World by the IFEA”, is not correct or in line with the nature of the competition and will not be supported or endorsed by the IFEA.

If you are not able to be present at the IFEA Awards Presentation to accept your award(s), ALL Awards will be mailed to you 3 weeks after the IFEA Annual Convention. Awards will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and may take up to 4 weeks to arrive at their final destination, once shipped (depending on location).

If you would like the IFEA to ship your awards via UPS or FedEx, in order to arrive faster, please contact Nia Hovde, CFEE at nia@ifea.com, so we can coordinate the shipment of your awards. You will be responsible for all shipping fees.

During the awards presentation, photographs were taken of all the Gold Pinnacle winners as they came up to the stage to accept their award(s). Photos will be posted the evening of September 22, 2025. • If you won a Silver or Bronze Certificate and would like a plaque version instead, you can do that!
• If you’d like to add additional text to the award to share with a specific vendor/sponsor/person, you can do that!
• If you're interested in ordering a duplicate Grand Pinnacle Gold Award - please contact Nia Hovde for pricing.
• Details that must remain the same as the original award include: Award Designation; Budget Category; Award Category; Event Name

Award orders will be placed at the end of each month to help streamline coordination with our awards company and to ensure an efficient, timely ordering process. Grouping orders together allows us to better manage production timelines and shipping logistics. Once orders are placed, it will take 2-3 weeks for you to receive your award.

Make a note of the entry deadlines for the 2026 IFEA/Haas & Wilkerson Pinnacle Awards Competition:

Early Bird Entry Deadline – Wednesday, April 15, 2026

FINAL Entry Deadline – Wednesday, June 24, 2026

June 26, 2025 – June 24, 2026

Entries must have been produced and / or used for the first time between June 26, 2025 and June 24, 2026.

NOTE: We understand that events which occur close to the eligibility deadlines have a limited window to enter their event into the IFEA/Haas & Wilkerson Pinnacle Awards Competition before the final entry deadline. If your event occurred just prior the start of the 2026 Pinnacle eligibility period (June 26, 2025 to June 24, 2026) and you DID NOT enter your event into the 2025 Pinnacle Competition, please contact Nia Hovde, CFEE at nia@ifea.com to enquire if your event may be eligible to be entered into the 2026 Competition.

*Note: As the dates for the next IFEA Annual Convention & Expo have not been announced, the final deadline for the 2026 IFEA/Haas & Wilkerson Pinnacle Awards Competition may change.
