Successful events do not happen accidentally. They require the well-coordinated efforts of a motivated, talented and professional team; but successful teams do not happen by accident, either. Come join this important and valuable session and learn how you can build those authentic connections with your team that can make all the difference.

Jasmine Freeman, CFEE, is the Cultural Affairs Manager for the City of Las Vegas. She has 18 years’ experience planning and executing events and is currently responsible for the oversight of several hundred permitted events throughout the City of Las Vegas and city parks to include, but not limited to the annual Helldorado Days Parade, First Friday, Life Is Beautiful, Rock ‘n’ Roll Race Series, Chinese New Year, PRIDE, and the Mint 400 Off-road Racing Festival. She is also the Chair of the city’s Employee Recognition Committee responsible for employee engagement and appreciation events throughout the year. When not working at or on events, you can find Jasmine enjoying time with her family outdoors, snapping photos, on roller skates or sitting back and enjoying a hearty glass of red wine.
