Jessica Metteer is the Senior Parades & Events Manager at the Portland Rose Festival in Portland, Oregon. A non-profit event professional with over 20 years in the industry, Jessica uses her “free time” to volunteer with other events and festivals on the West Coast, including the Oregon Country Fair event in Veneta, OR, and the annual Burning Man event in Black Rock City, NV. At the 2023 Grand Floral Parade, Jessica was joined by colleagues and volunteers from festivals and events around the country – ensuring a smooth event day fueled by the benefit of decades of expertise at every turn!
