Jeff English, CFEE
Sr. Vice President/General Council
Kentucky Derby Festival

Whether it’s waivers, vendors or music acts, the considerations that need to be made when making changes to contracts or writing new provisions in the age of coronavirus are extensive. There are instances when you may need to act, but also times when you don’t. This webinar will review a number of different agreements and provide general guidance on COVID best practices. However, please know this won’t provide specific guidance that would apply to your jurisdiction or situation.
