PAYMENT All fees are payable in U.S. Funds. Your registration form CANNOT be processed until payment is received. CANCELLATION POLICY There will be a cancellation fee of $150 through August 8, 2008. Between August 9 and August 22, 2008, the fee will be $250. After August 22, 2008, there will be no refunds.
