ENDORSEMENTS AND SOLICITATION:
As a matter of general practice, the IFEA makes no endorsements of any private product, scheme, project, company, individual or agency where such is obviously for the benefit of the person or persons requesting this endorsement, rather than for the benefit of the membership or industry as a whole.
Because the IFEA publishes a roster of its members and sponsors annually and this information becomes public, the IFEA has no control of and assumes no responsibility for solicitations made to members and sponsors from this list. However, addresses and contacts will not be provided to non-member outside requests unless normally offered for sale.
The IFEA is responsible for mailings to constituents that are done from the IFEA office or by IFEA approved sources; these will not include fund-raising for outside organizations. Informational mailings regarding member events or research projects may be made when such events/projects are co-sponsored or supported by the IFEA and with the approval of the President.
