IFEA Departments

Office of the President

The IFEA President's office is made up of the President, Vice President and the Financial Director. The President works directly with and reports to the IFEA World Board of Directors. The President's office deals with all decisions regarding strategic direction, brand development and image, international and public relations, and budgets. The Financial Director deals with all accounts receivable and payable, as well as human resources and staff benefits. (View Department Staff)

Administration

The Administration Department deals with all office and database management, membership tracking, all convention administration functions, and all tracking of educational credits for CFEE certification and recertification. (View Department Staff)

Communications & Marketing

The Communications & Marketing Department includes all IFEA publications, web site management, creative & graphic functions and media relations. (View Department Staff)

Education

The IFEA Education Department is responsible for educational seminars and webinars, surveys and research projects, the IFEA Bookstore and Resource Center, the Certified Festival & Event Executive (CFEE) program, and relations with outside educational institutions. (View Department Staff)

Funding

The Funding Department is responsible for securing and servicing all sponsorships, advertising, and the IFEA Expo trade show. (View Department Staff)

Membership Services

The Membership Services Department is the starting point for all membership related questions. If you are unsure where to go with your question or need, start here. Membership Services oversees all member benefit programs, new member information, and works closely with all Regional Directors and Affiliate Partners to ensure the highest level of service. Programs

The Programs Department oversees the operational side of the annual IFEA Convention & Expo, work with our Regional Directors and Affiliates to coordinate speakers and other seminar/workshop/Behind-the-Scenes support; coordinate our popular awards programs; and a plan for new professional programming opportunities.
